A manager has a very important role to play in a company and for that he needs to possess certain skills. Take a look at some of the skills needed to be a good manager.
In order for any organization to run smoothly, there has to be a great team in place. While the employees make all the work happen (so to say), the managers ensure that all the work is done well enough. In that order, a good manager is a boon for any company.
